This is very limited clinical data regarding patient with unusual glomerular cells.
Female renal transplant patient (5 Mo after Tx, history of native kidney disease is
unknown) was admitted with transplant disfunction, hypertension, lower extremitis edema.
Patient is on triple regimen(CsA,PRE,AZA).
Serum creatinine - 0,2 mmol/L, proteinuria 1g/day, microhematuria, slightly elevated
ALT(SGPT)-51 IU/L.
Other labs -in normal limits. Could these cell be related to viral infection?
Second row of slides with arterial changes and images of interstitial cell that looks a
little bit similar to glomerular one.
