I would like to know the opinion of Nephrol about this case:

Male, 50 years old, is doing clinical evaluation to donate his kidney for his daughter that is 16 years old and is on hemodialysis. On his evaluation it was found unilateral proximal fibromuscular dysplasia. Our surgery team are very concerned about the recipient follow-up because of the risk of complications about it. I am sending the images of the renal arteriography.
