Certificate of
Attendance
Upon request, a
certificate of attendance can be issued at the time
of registration to delegates who are
pre-registered. For onsite registrations, a
certificate will be available at the end of the
Conference. No certificates will be issued after
the Conference.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
The
registration information is collected under the
authority of the “Freedom of Information and
Protection of Privacy Act”. The information you
provide is required to register you for the
conference, prepare material for your use and will
be used to notify you of future conferences or
pertinent information. Financial information is used
to process applicable fees. If you have questions
about the collection or use of this information,

Language
The
official language of the Conference is English. At
present, no simultaneous interpretation will be
provided.
Letter of Invitation
Letter of invitation is available upon request. The
invitation is intended to facilitate participants'
travel and visa arrangements and does not imply the
provision of any financial or other support.
Insurance and
Liability
The
Organizers do not accept responsibility for any
individual, medical, travel or personal insurance.
You are advised to secure your own insurance
policies as necessary.
